Summary
We are looking for a dynamic female HR Recruiter with 2 - 3 years of Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sourcing, Screening and Coordinating for the interviews across various roles while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain hiring reports and meet the recruitment deadlines.
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the hiring process.
• Hands-on Experience using job portals (Expertia, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria

• Masters degree in HR or MSW.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (Manufacturing,Recruitment agency and Non-IT applicable).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
