Job Overview

Location: VinFast overseas markets

Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Manage cost accounting (product costing, variances, inventory, WIP)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Oversee inventory and fixed assets

Supervise accounting team and improve processes

Partner with production and operations for financial insights

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
  

Experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in asset/cost accounting.
  
• Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing companies, large corporations, using SAP system, or Big4.
  

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good understanding of accounting rules and standards.
