Senior HR Business Partner - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview :

As a Senior HRBP, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to business leadership, translating organizational objectives into actionable human capital initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of operational excellence and long-term talent strategy, ensuring that the workforce is aligned with the company's growth trajectory. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to diagnose organizational needs, drive high-impact performance cultures, and oversee the entire employee lifecycle. Responsibilities:

- Partner with HR Advisory team to effectively deliver HR annual processes.
- Develop, implement and coordinate all the branch's overall HR processes.
- Act as a strategic advisor.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Mitigate employee relations issues.

• Drive performance management frameworks that incentivize high achievement and align individual contributions with corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement retention strategies that reduce turnover and enhance the overall employee value proposition.
• Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and nurture internal talent, ensuring business continuity for critical roles.
• Champion employee engagement programs that foster a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and high performance across the organization.

Requirements:

- Good professional ethics, integrity, characters, and reputation, having a good record of compliance with laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and banking industry specific HR management.
