About the Project
We are building an intelligent real estate mobile application designed to revolutionize how users search, analyze, and interact with property listings. The platform will leverage AI, predictive analytics, and personalized recommendations to enhance property discovery and decision-making for buyers, sellers, and agents.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a mobile application (iOS/Android or cross-platform) with integrated AI/ML features for real estate.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate intelligent modules such as property recommendation engines, chatbot assistants, price prediction, and image recognition for property photos.
• Design user-friendly, high-performance, and secure app interfaces in alignment with UX/UI teams.
• Implement data-driven personalization, push notifications, and geolocation-based property discovery.
• Work with APIs and databases to fetch, process, and display real estate data dynamically.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization for smooth app operation.

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and mobile development technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following:
• app Mobile Development: Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin.
• app Backend/API Integration: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), Firebase.
• app AI/ML Integration: TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile, OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in building and deploying AI-enabled mobile apps or integrating AI-based features (e.g., chatbots, image tagging, recommendation systems).
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with real estate data models, mapping APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox), and property listing feeds is a plus.

• Experience in proptech or real estate domain applications.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Ability to work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience with AR/VR integrations for property visualization is a plus.
