IT Recruitment Lead-Domestic

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Lead to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, develop hiring strategies, manage client requirements, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across multiple domains and technologies.
The Recruitment Lead will play a critical role in building high-performing recruitment teams, improving hiring processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of IT and Non-IT recruiters.
• Allocate and prioritize open positions based on business requirements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of hiring targets.
• Conduct daily recruitment review meetings and provide guidance to the team.
• Mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and candidate engagement.
  

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
• Requirement gathering.
• Sourcing and screening.
• Interview coordination.
• Offer negotiation.
• Candidate onboarding support.
• Handle niche and leadership hiring requirements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and client expectations.
  

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment reports, and market intelligence.
• Participate in client calls and recruitment strategy discussions.
  

Talent Sourcing & Strategy

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies through:
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Job portals.
• Social media.
• Employee referrals.

  Get Hired
  Internal databases.
• Networking platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Identify market trends and competitor hiring practices.
  

Team Management

• Track individual recruiter performance metrics such as:
• Number of submissions.
• Interviews scheduled.
• Interview-to-offer ratio.
• Offer-to-join ratio.
• Closure rates.
• Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.
• Drive productivity and process improvements across the recruitment function.
