Role & responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls/chat/email.
• 
  Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Technical Support experience (International BPO preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
