Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain school computers, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Ensure data security, backups, and smooth functioning of IT systems.
- Manage internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, smart classrooms, and other digital systems.
- Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with external vendors when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT administration, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
