Roles and Responsibilities


# Responsible for complete business of the territory,Prepare action plans for weekly, monthly & quarterly basis in coordination with the sales teams, Responsible for new business development, responsible for end to end sale, lead generation & post closure relationship management, Channel Management: Expansion of Dealer network by identifying new key customers in the territory Analysis of Market potential & Market share for Products. To update and share market situation and competitors activities through weekly report, To establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, Identifying all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process, Responsible for actively driving and managing the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as technical advisor and product advocate for our products, New Dealer assigned activity, and added new customer to present Dealer, Distributor/ Dealer / OEM Sales Channel, strategic planning of Business and Marketing, Responsible to manage B2B Sales, Industrial Products Sales, Project Business With Industry like - Switchgear, Motor, Low Voltage, Power Cables. Meeting With Industrial clients, working with Electrical Contractors, Controlling of Dealers/Distributor Network, Creating New Business from Different OEMs & Panel Builders,Follow up with Govt. Conducts daily sales calls and finding new Projects/ Customer with requirement of Electrical goods requirement, Maintain a high level of exposure for the company through direct sales, Meeting sales targets, Negotiating Rates/packages with corporate clients, Successfully create business from new and existing Clients, Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business, Increase market/customer share in all revenue streams, Attend Sales events as required, Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.


NOTE :-

Education :-Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience :- Electricals / Cable Industry/ OEM Sales/ Electrical Equipment Manufacturer / B2B sales preferably in Cable, Switchgear, Motor, Low Voltage Industry Preferred
