This is a full-time, on-site HR professional role based in Noida. The HR professional will handle core human resources functions, including managing employee relations, overseeing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, and handling various personnel management processes. The role requires collaboration with teams to support a positive workplace environment and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, organizational development, and employee engagement
• Strong expertise in HR Management and implementation of effective HR policies
• Experience managing Employee Benefits and knowledge of relevant regulations
• Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering positive work relationships
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States
• Prior experience in similar roles and certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous
