Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Jalandhar for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, driving business growth through account management, executing business plans, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies for sustaining long-term partnerships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
• Excellent Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and focus on client satisfaction
• Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the distribution or telecom industry will be an added advantage
