Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager for our office in Jalandhar. This is a full-time, on-site role that focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include delivering business objectives, developing strategic account plans, analyzing sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

  • Strong expertise in Account Management and managing Key Accounts

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to exceed client expectations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar and effectively manage relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
