Marketing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of real estate marketing campaigns and strategies
• Coordinate marketing activities, including property launches, open houses, and promotional events
• Liaise with sales teams, brokers, and partners to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing plans
• Develop marketing collateral, brochures, and online content to promote properties
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the marketing strategy

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
• Ensure the brand and property image are consistently reflected in all marketing materials
• Manage and update social media platforms, website content, and online listings for real estate projects
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, or any business-related course

• Familiarity with property trends and the local real estate market in Laguna
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
