Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Kanpur. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a seamless customer experience, conducting follow-ups to address concerns, supporting sales processes, and assisting in training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and understanding sales processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer trust
• Ability to deliver training sessions and provide customer education
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
