Technical skills

Technology consultants shall have proven ability in C# programming language and Visual Studio with a background of software development lifecycles in an agile organization.

The junior developers must have great analytical skills and understand what a requirement and a user story are, and they must translate them in an efficient design.

They must be able to produce effective and testable code, and as a developer, they must understand their role in unitary and integrated testing.

The junior developers must be able to understand other peoples code and design and make it their own.

The developer shall have a Bachelor or masters in engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or related software engineering background and validated experience in software development.

The developer shall demonstrate.

1) an ability to autonomously dig into an existing codebase and understand its concepts, 2) curiosity about the functional part of the product, with base knowledge about the Finance industry,

3) strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, and

4) proficient English, both written and spoken. Financial industry background is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for Active Resources and Buffer Resources.

Responsibilities

Build new features, from their conception to their deployment in production, handling all aspects of a SaaS product, including production monitoring and incident resolution on the cloud platform.

- Integrate work in the team methodologies: continuous integration/ continuous delivery, automated testing, standard processes definition.
