Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
The Analyst will understand the role of group/ service/product within EUC,
business plan and goals, will work on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors and will influence the team towards a set course of action. Assignments will be received in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Direction will be provided to employees according to established policies and management
guidance. The right individual for this role is self-motivated accounts receivable passionate working towards operational excellence, with technical mindset, great attention to detail, advanced business partnering & presentation skills and proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in
a fast-paced environment while helping other members of the team attain the same goals.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

Core Responsibilities
 Should be able to understand data and use it to make strategic reports. A step further, scrutinizing through the data or reports to identify opportunities for the organization.
 Along with Customer Account Management with adherence to AR policies and procedures.
 Ability to handle outbound customer requests.
 Manage e-Invoice and timely Invoice delivery;
 Ability to comprehend customer issues and seek resolution;
 Understand Compliance and maintain highest level of professionalism in customer interactions;
 Knowledge of operations in boundary systems like Oracle, Get paid etc.,
 Data scrubbing and ability to prepare complex reports.
 Demonstrated interest in learning cross functional activities within AR team;
 Basic knowledge of geographic locations, languages, culture etc.,
 Basic understanding of FX markets and HaaS/ SaaS Products
Specific Industry and/or Technical Knowledge
 Advanced knowledge of end to end of Accounts Receivable and related functions such as, evaluating the Allowance For Doubtful Accounts, Collections
 Advanced knowledge of invoicing, and order fulfillment concepts.
 Functional knowledge of ERP/Oracle/SAP.
 Strong Written/Verbal communication skills.
 Capable of handling internal and external stake holders.
 Should have a customer centric attitude.
 Strong background on policies/procedures.
 Exposure to Systems implementation.
