EUC Partner Business Manager - U.A.E (Dubai area)

Role
We are looking for an experienced talent to join our partner management team in the U.A.E. You will bring passion, take ownership of developing and executing a strategic partnership approach to serve the success of our partner business in the market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
recruit, enable and manage top tier partners, shape and execute acceleration of our emerging partners development lead Reseller team and the strategic partner development for the EUC team, build a different profile of partners to help major transformation
In this role, no day is the same and you will never be bored! You will interact daily with your partner and will be able to make a real impact in their success as a business.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
- Agile, collaborative, targeted services partnerships to help major customer transformations
- Build long term relationships through strategic partners in enterprise as the growth engine through industry & solution sales plays.
- Sustain engaged & active customers (install base modernization) through partner led engagement
- Lead productive discussions and decision making around sales transformation initiatives, global workstreams impacting strategy and execution, partner investments, partner operating model design, sales acceleration & partner experience initiatives, partner programs and sales support
What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? In this role you will:
Partnerships – identify, build, and accelerate partner engagement, build multi-cloud & services ecosystem, consulting/influence/services led partnerships that will drive incremental coverage, capacity (skills), and revenue.
Ecosystem Sales Transformation
- Lifecycle Services Capabilities and Partner XaaS, including Services Partners Ecosystem – leveraging these as accelerators to partnerships that will help drive customer transformation needs
- Drive Strategic Partners – LRP (Long Range Planning) and Practice Sales Activation for Managed Partners
- Ensure strong execution of Joint Account Planning Framework
- Review, advise, execute on Partner Business Models evolution based on market needs
- Partner Operating Model Design for strategic partners - optimize operating model to deliver on 3-year growth objectives through:
- Partner Measurement
- Partner Selection
- Partner roles & compensation
- Business planning
- Partner Roles Readiness
- Partner Roles Productivity
- Partner Sales – drive productive partner sales engagements through:
- Building and executing co-selling methodology
- Building and executing partner led selling methodology
- Supporting sales plays
- Other Strategic initiatives
- Partner Business Teams Development/ Future Skills in collaboration with RACE
- Partner Dedicated Resources leverage
- Relevant Meet in the Channel initiatives
- Ensure successful execution of New Product Introduction, Programs in market (Amplify, Boost, Sales Incentives, etc)with strategic partners

- In this role you will be part of the EMEA EUC team and reporting directly to our METNA End-User Computing Sales leadership.
- This role is considered flexible and is open to candidates based in U.A.E - Dubai area. It will be a mix of working from a local office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager. You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
