Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Analyst (L3 – Advanced) to join VNC Global.
Process Owner. Owns the accuracy and integrity of accounting outcomes end-to-end, validating transactions and driving continuous improvement in client delivery. Focuses on financial review and client relationships. Distinguished from L2 by handling non-standard/exception cases independently and supporting peers.
The ideal candidate brings strong Accounting Knowledge & Application and Client Relationship & Service Excellence skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The goal is to strengthen VNC Global's Financial Review & Operational Control and Client Delivery & Continuous Improvement capability, helping clients and internal stakeholders achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting activities by analysing financial information, validating transactions, maintaining financial controls, and supporting high-quality reporting and compliance.
- Drive high-quality client delivery by strengthening stakeholder relationships, improving operational processes, supporting knowledge sharing, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Applies accounting principles and client-specific procedures accurately while performing assigned work.
- Builds positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders through responsive and professional communication.
- Escalate exceptions or ambiguous cases to the reporting manager for guidance rather than making unreviewed judgement calls.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for every task handled.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and organisational activities as scheduled.
