Job Level/ Designation: Lead - HR Operations
Location: Pune
Job Purpose:
To ensure HRSSC objectives are met by ensuring continuous HR Service delivery in the area of Operations. Leading to team to manage end to end systemic employee life cycle and central helpdesk for employee query bucket. Achieving complied stage of operational excellence by revamping processes on timely basis and delivering critical projects.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Collaborate (lead, direct, coach) with the Shared Services team and management of end to end employee life cycle in HRMS and related systems
- Data Management - Ensuring data accuracy standards as per Data Reporting norms
- Lead central query helpdesk, ensure query handling process delivers delightful employee experience thru TAT management, standard guidelines and policy framework

- Collaboration with respective CoEs for project management and Annual/time bounded activities.
- Effective People management and stakeholder management to achieve defined objectives of the function
- Capability building and development of team-members by providing them learning opportunities
- Act as an advisor to cluster HR regarding compliance and process framework as and when needed through escalation management
- Audit readiness by ensuring data compliance and data privacy
- Health check of processes on timely basis
- Extend Support automation endeavors through enhancements and observations.
- Employee Communication support.

- People management, negotiation and conflict handling
- Understanding of end to end HR Operations processes and execution nuisances
- In depth knowledge of HRMS and peripheral systems
- Experience of Project planning and prioritization
- Data analysis and Presentation skills
- Decision making
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Master's Degree in HR/ Management
- Prior experience of managing SAP with user/employee perspective
- Interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Orientation & Presentation Skills
- Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Prior work exposure to SAP system/HR Shared Services Mechanism
