Key Responsibilities -

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demand generation, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closure.
  • Generate new business through outbound channels, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Understand customer pain points, conduct discovery calls and product demos, and position the right solution.
  • Drive commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations to achieve ARR/ACV targets.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide structured market and customer feedback to improve product and GTM strategy.

Skills & Qualifications -

  • Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales, prospecting, email campaigns, and cold calling, is preferred.
  • Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.
  • An in residence personality who can take decisions proactively and not always seek instructions.
