Industrial Business Unit within Volvo Penta is currently on the outlook for a dynamic sales Engineer for business development

The Industrial Business Unit is a customer focused organization with local market presence, operating with full end-to-end responsibility covering the product and services planning, marketing, sales and services for Industrial Power Systems. Who are you

• As a Business development manager of Volvo Penta India, you will lead and coordinate overall business performance for Market India. Working with a dedicated team, youll be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy necessary to accelerate our current and future standing. You will also play a crucial role in driving our global industrial business, where effective management of numerous customers, OEMs, and operators necessitates close collaboration with colleagues worldwide.
• You should possess degree BE/B TECH in Mechanical / Automobile Engg with a 6 to 8 years of Work experience in Automobile and engine related field
  

Your Main Activities And Responsibilities Include

• 
  Responsible for Industrial Versatile Engine sales and business development
• Preparation of Quotes, offers for Industrial VE engine business
• Offroad, Agriculture Application knowledge to offer right scope of supply
• Ensure profitability in VE business sales by effective pricing
• Ensure order follow-up / Payment(L/C) follow-up from VE customers
• Coordination with Business support order desk team for smooth flow of Engine deliveries to OEM.
• Discrepancy handling with OEM and internal VP logistics.
• Regular Visits and Meeting for Finding new prospects and develop the prospect funnel for continued growth.
• Marketing support by participation in trade exhibitions and plan for customer events
