Senior Full Stack Developer

• Roles and Responsibilities :
• Own features end-to-end—from React/React Native interfaces to APIs, databases, and production deployment
• Design and build scalable backend services using Python/FastAPI
• Build reliable web and mobile experiences for low-end devices and unreliable networks
• Design APIs, database schemas, indexes, and data flows handling millions of records
• Debug complex production issues across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure
• Improve system performance during high-traffic assessment periods
• Integrate AI/ML services, including handwriting recognition and speech assessment pipelines
• Review code and mentor junior engineers
• Work directly with the CTO on architecture and engineering decisions
• Take ownership of problems and drive them through to completion

• 4+ years of strong software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React / React Native
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals; Python/FastAPI, Django, or Flask preferred
• Production experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or comparable databases
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, caching, database indexing, and performance
• Ability to systematically debug unfamiliar systems
• Ability to quickly understand and contribute to an existing codebase
• Proven experience personally owning and shipping meaningful production features
• Comfortable using AI coding tools while being able to explain and defend the code you ship

Good to Have

• React Native / Android production experience
• Redis, queues, and asynchronous processing
• Docker and basic Kubernetes debugging
• Offline-first applications and synchronization
• High-traffic or large-scale systems
• CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
• AI/ML inference integration
• EdTech or public-sector technology

Salary Range
