Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at OZI Technologies, you will lead the evolution of our core Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet the dynamic demands of modern supply chains. You will act as the bridge between engineering, operations, and business leadership, translating complex logistical challenges into intuitive product features. Your day-to-day involves deep-diving into user workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and steering the product roadmap to ensure our solutions remain competitive and highly functional. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that every release delivers tangible value to our clients and enhances operational throughput.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Warehouse Management System, aligning feature development with long-term business goals and market requirements.
- Conduct rigorous business analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and translate these insights into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and pricing strategy to final launch and post-release performance monitoring.
- Facilitate seamless stakeholder management by communicating product vision and progress to internal leadership and external clients to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our WMS to target segments.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine product strategy and maintain a technological edge in the logistics software space.
Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex B2B software products, specifically within the Warehouse Management System or supply chain domain.
- Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into detailed product specifications and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive pricing strategies and feature prioritization.
- Exceptional communication skills to navigate cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Gurgaon, maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of professional experience in product management roles, preferably within the SaaS or logistics technology sector.
- Educational background in Engineering or Management from a premier institute is highly preferred.
