We are seeking a results-driven, dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and drive our business development strategy.

The VP of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing key client relationships, and implementing strategies that align with business objectives to achieve consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange business development meetings with potential clients, and actively pursue lead generation through platforms such as Upwork.
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging markets and trends, staying ahead of the competition in IT offshore sales and marketing.
- Foster long-term relationships with new customers, ensuring repeat business while attracting new clients through networking and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee and manage the sales process, including keeping accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to the sales team, supporting their professional development and ensuring the teams success in meeting targets.
- Ensure personal and team sales targets are met, maintaining a results-oriented approach to sales performance.
- Manage international leads, ensuring flexibility and time management to accommodate different time zones and client needs.

- Proven experience in IT offshore sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
