Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Corporate Sales Lead to drive revenue across enterprise accounts and government sectors. This role now includes a strategic focus on Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and State Government Tourism Departments, leveraging our AI technology to modernize public engagement and destination marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop plans to achieve revenue targets across multinational corporations and high-value government accounts.
- Public Sector Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in PSUs (e.g., Indian Oil, NTPC, SBI) and State Tourism Boards (e.g., Kerala Tourism, Gujarat Tourism).
- Tender & RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end process for government bids, including technical presentations, commercial proposals, and navigating the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.

- HXR for Tourism: Positionthecompany's Holographic AI technology as a premium solution for "Phygital" tourism experiences, heritage storytelling, and state-level promotional events.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage high-value negotiations, ensuring compliance with both corporate standards and government procurement guidelines.
- Liaison & Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for government consultants and nodal agencies involved in digital transformation projects.
Requirements & Eligibility:
1. Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years in B2B/Enterprise sales with a proven track record.
3. Sector Exposure (Mandatory):

- Demonstrated experience in navigating the government procurement ecosystem, specifically within PSUs or State Government departments.
- Direct exposure to State Tourism Boards or related cultural heritage projects is highly preferred.
4. Network: An existing network of contacts within the Ministry of Tourism, state-level IT departments, or PSU corporate communications wings.
5. Corporate Pedigree: Experience in top-tier firms (e.g., WPP, Google, McKinsey, Amazon) or leading Indian tech-integrators specialized in government digital projects.
6. Skills:
- Deep understanding of tender/L1-bid processes and government compliance.
- Ability to translate complex AI/HXR tech into "Value for Citizen" or "State Branding" narratives.
- Exceptional presentation skills for high-ranking government officials and bureaucrats.
