- Sales and business development via Corporates, brokers and partnerships for Dtx programs (B2B)
- Preparing reports, MIS and client servicing
- Identifying opportunities for cross sell/ upsell to grow the existing account
- Market Research
- Sales Support activities- proposals, collateral etc
Type of Role :
Business Development & Account Management.
Skillset :
- Previous Sales experience with Corporate clients, Brokers etc
- Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in healthcare sales background from Corporate Wellness / Brokers / Aggregators or Corporate Health benefits portfolio
- Network of Corporate clients and relationships with brokers and aggregators ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee and monitor SLA s , and key metrics and implementation of wellness programs promised to clients thereby driving revenue growth

- Stay updated with competitor trends and recommend improvements to ensure client satisfaction
- Excel & PPT proficiency
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Healthcare/DTx exposure/ wellness products
- Team Player - Should be able to internally mobilise the team for implementation and smooth operations .
Qualifications :
- Preferred MBA or Graduate with relevant experience
