Role & responsibilities

As a Store Manager for our client's upscale luxury brand, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable customer service, driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and upholding the brand's prestigious image. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, maintains a visually stunning environment, and meets financial goals.

• Lead and manage all store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an exceptional customer service experience and resolve any customer issues.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
  
• Implement and uphold the brand's visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct staff training and development to enhance performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
• Handle store budgets and financial performance, including sales forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in store management, preferably in premium/luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and manage budgets.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for fashion brands.
