Job Description

You are an experienced SAP Ariba Lead Consultant with a strong secondary expertise in SAP MM, responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end solutions in a dynamic SAP landscape. Your role involves a deep understanding of Ariba P2O, Guided Buying, Sourcing, and Invoicing, coupled with hands-on experience in SAP MM. You will lead projects encompassing implementation, configuration, integration, and rollout phases while ensuring business alignment and compliance.

As the SAP Ariba Lead Consultant, your key responsibilities include leading and managing SAP Ariba implementations (P2O, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Invoicing), providing SAP MM support, configuring and maintaining Ariba modules, developing interfaces, enhancements, reports, and data migration tools, creating and reviewing documentation, supporting data migration, cutover, and rollout activities, collaborating with business users and development teams in an Agile environment, contributing to ongoing enhancements and support, staying updated on SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics capabilities, and ensuring quality delivery and documentation of all changes in adherence to security and compliance standards.
To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical streams, with at least 6+ years of overall experience and 4-6 years in a lead role working on SAP Ariba and MM. Your expertise should include strong knowledge of SAP Ariba functionalities and hands-on experience in P2O, Guided Buying, Sourcing, and Invoicing, along with secondary knowledge of SAP MM, interface design, custom enhancements, and data migration tools. You should have a proven track record in Agile delivery models and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.

Preferred skills for this role include exposure to S/4HANA Simple Logistics, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to mentor junior consultants and drive solution architecture.
The work location for this role is Pune (Preferred) or Bengaluru.,
