Head of Legal Representation & Service Delivery-Pharma & Medical Devices (Remote).
The Head of Legal Representation & Service Delivery will lead the global execution, governance, and performance of all client projects across the Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Goods sectors.
The role oversees diverse service lines Legal Representation (LR/MAH/US Agent), Regulatory Operations, ImportExport & Warehousing, and Distribution-as-a-Service (DaaS) ensuring every engagement is delivered on time, compliant, and client-centric.
The position demands a blend of regulatory insight, operational acumen, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global service delivery across functions with clear governance, SOPs, and accountability.
- Shape and institutionalize a centralized LR delivery model that meets multi-country compliance standards.
- Build and lead a high-performance team in India with the expertise, systems, and governance to support global clients.
- Engage with regional consultants and regulatory authorities, ensuring seamless representation and audit readiness.
- Drive quality, compliance, and efficiency through well-defined processes, templates, and technology enablement.
- Drive SLA compliance, operational excellence, and profitability across engagements.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization.
- Mentor and align cross-functional teams across Regulatory, LR, and Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences, Operations, or Business Management.
- 15+ years in Service Delivery or Operations, preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare Services.
- Proven leadership in global delivery, compliance, and client governance.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics, and process automation.
