Job Title: Technical Lead - SAP PLM/MDG/Workflow/MM/BRF+/ABAP

Position Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (SAP PLM/MDG/Workflow/MM/BRF+) to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP solutions, with a focus on Materials Management (MM), Master Data Governance (MDG), and Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+).

- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional and technical expertise, capable of driving end-to-end SAP solution design, development oversight, and process optimization initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Leadership:

Solution Design & Strategy: Lead the analysis of business requirements, process modeling, and end-to-end solution design within SAP MM and MDG, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and SAP best practices.

Materials Management (SAP MM): Oversee all aspects of SAP MM configuration and processes including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, PP).

Master Data Governance (SAP MDG): Lead the design, configuration, and governance of MDG data models (Material, Vendor, Customer), UI configurations, workflows, and replication strategies.

Process Optimization: Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and data standardization initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

Technical Leadership:

SAP BRF+ Implementation: Design and develop complex BRF+ rule sets, decision tables, and expressions for implementing advanced data validation, derivation, and workflow routing logic.

Technical Specifications: Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and workflow development teams.

System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP MDG, core SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA), and external systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity.

Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality, performance, and security benchmarks.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Provide guidance to technical and functional consultants, fostering a collaborative environment and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, including at least 3 years in a Technical or Functional Lead capacity.

Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP MM processes, configurations, and integration with adjacent modules.

MDG Expertise: Hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementation, configuration, and maintenance across multiple domains (Material domain preferred).

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SAP BRF+, including expression creation, function modeling, and workflow integration.

Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of ABAP concepts, debugging, enhancement frameworks, and data dictionary objects.

Platform Exposure: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is highly desirable.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver SAP projects across full implementation lifecycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification(s) in MDG, MM, or BRF+.

- Exposure to SAP Workflow, PLM, and integration with external data management tools.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
