Truva - Head - Growth Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a Head - Growth Marketing who can own and drive Truva's growth across Performance Marketing, Digital, Organic, Offline Activations, Promotional Campaigns, and Pre-Sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build growth strategies, execute experiments, manage campaigns, and work closely with the business and sales teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute Truva's overall Growth Marketing strategy across online and offline channels.
• Lead Performance Marketing across relevant platforms, managing budgets, CAC, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
• Drive Growth Marketing initiatives including new channel experiments, partnerships, campaigns, and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Plan and execute offline growth activations and promotional activities to drive awareness, leads, and customer acquisition.
• Manage Digital Marketing initiatives across paid social, content, CRM, and other relevant digital channels.
• Build and scale Organic Marketing through content, social media, community, referrals, partnerships, and other organic growth channels.
• Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams to improve lead quality, funnel movement, conversion, and customer acquisition.
• Track and analyse the complete growth funnel and identify opportunities to improve performance at every stage.
• Run experiments, test new ideas, and quickly scale channels and campaigns that show strong results.
• Collaborate with Business, Sales, Product, and Creative teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives.
• Build dashboards, processes, and systems to track growth metrics and improve marketing efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar growth-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience across performance, digital, and organic marketing.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Understanding of customer acquisition, funnel optimisation, CAC, CPL, conversion, and ROI.
• Experience in planning and executing offline activations and promotional campaigns.
• Strong understanding of organic growth, content, social media, CRM, referrals, and community-led initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with Pre-Sales/Sales teams and understand the complete customer acquisition journey.
• Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset and a bias towards execution.
• Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and can think strategically while being hands-on with execution.

• You will be responsible for building and scaling Truva's growth engine - from generating demand and building the brand to improving lead quality, conversion, and customer acquisition across channels.
