• Support day-to-dayretail operationsincluding store coordination, visual execution, and in-store readiness
• Assist in creating and executingstore-level creatives and promotional materialsfor campaigns and launches
• Work with the team to ensurebrand consistencyacross in-store displays and customer touchpoints

• Participate inplanning and execution of retail initiatives, offers, and campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams to supportsmooth store operations and customer experience
• Gain exposure toretail processes, merchandising, and operational workflowsin a growing jewellery brand

• Strong interest inretail operations, customer experience, and brand execution
• Good eye for detail and on-ground execution
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Students or recent graduates inRetail Management, Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields
