Wakefit - Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as a Manager / Sr. Manager FP&A. The role will be responsible for driving business performance through insightful financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision support. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions and ensure financial discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process.
- Drive monthly / quarterly business performance reviews, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities.

- Provide strategic business insights through financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Partner with business teams to evaluate new initiatives, investments, and ROI.
- Develop and automate management dashboards, MIS, and KPI tracking for leadership reviews.
- Ensure strong cost control mechanisms and support margin improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support audits, board presentations, and investor discussions.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the FP&A team.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA / MBA (Finance) with 6 - 10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (experience with BI tools is a plus).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
