Role Overview:
As a Process Excellence Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the strategic architect for operational efficiency, driving end-to-end transformation across our business units. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate operational redundancies, ensuring higher throughput and cost efficiency.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes of process variations, implementing corrective actions that improve overall quality standards.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to champion process automation, reducing manual intervention and minimizing the scope for human error.
- Manage the full lifecycle of high-impact projects, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to final execution and performance monitoring.
- Drive organizational change management by coaching teams on TQM principles and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across all departments.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights, providing leadership with clear visibility into process health and performance metrics.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to apply Six Sigma, Lean, and TQM frameworks to solve complex business problems, demonstrating a strong grasp of statistical analysis and process design.

- Exceptional proficiency in data analytics tools to translate raw data into strategic recommendations that influence senior stakeholder decision-making.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale change management programs, with the ability to navigate resistance and build consensus across diverse teams.
