Assistant Vice President - Rewards & HR Business Partner - Coworking Startup

We are seeking a seasoned HRBP to partner with business leaders in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. The role will also have shared responsibility for Rewards & Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
- Partner with business heads to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Lead key HR initiatives and change management programs aligned with business objectives.

- Support compensation and rewards processes, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, incentive programs, and policy governance.
- Analyze people metrics and provide insights for informed business decisions.
- Ensure HR compliance, governance, and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Profile:
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School (20162019 pass-out batch preferred).
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Exposure to Compensation & Benefits/Rewards is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and executive presence.
