Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong exposure to the manufacturing industry, SAP, MIS reporting and financial statement preparation. The candidate should have good understanding of accounting and financial processes and the ability to manage finance-related activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts activities and ensure timely and accurate accounting.
• Prepare and analyse MIS reports and provide relevant financial insights to management.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Work extensively on SAP for finance and accounting transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data, reporting and closure of accounts.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis and other management reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead and guide the team in day-to-day finance activities, wherever applicable.

Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Finance & Accounts processes.
• Good exposure to MIS reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in team handling will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) candidates can be considered.
• CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate candidates can also be considered, provided they are not currently pursuing CA/CMA Final.
