Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for accuracy. They will be responsible for various financial tasks, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, Financial Compliances and financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor financial performance indicators, identify trends, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, pricing, and profitability of products, services, and projects. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement cost control measures.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies. Participate in financial audits and assist in the development of internal controls and procedures. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
  

Qualifications

  Get Hired
  Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven work experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in financial software like tally and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
