Job Description
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and managing cash flow.
- Maintaining and overseeing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries..
- Preparing financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accounts summary sheet.
- Preparation of GST & TDS Data before due dates and submitting for filing purpose.
- Note all the return filing dates and get the filing done before date
- Preparation of gross margin sheets
- Identifying financial risks and implementing effective controls.
- Preparation of Proforma invoices, Tax invoices and sending to customer.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Collaborating with various departments to enhance financial processes.
