Internal Audit Manager

KeyResponsibilities:

• Managing & implementing Internal Audit plan


• Develop internal audit plan based on business risk analysis


• Engage with relevant stakeholders proactively in aligning the internal audit plan.


• Responsible for performing internal audit testing which includes planning, fieldwork, reporting and communicating results verbally and in writing to members of management


• Responsible for reporting on identified issues/challenges, their corrective measures and the status of implementation of the corrective measures


• Responsible for investigating on opportunities for process improvements


• Report on various aspects of Internal audit testing


• Responsible for implementing adequate controls, processes & systems in the organization



• Identifying issues/challenges in business processes from a compliance standpoint and recommend controls to rectify them


• Responsible for leveraging technology in Internal audit execution


• Governance


• Responsible for driving high standards of controls across all business verticals in the organization


• Responsible for managing and responding to all queries pertaining to controls Work closely with stakeholders to close all audits successfully
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of working in an India listed entity/ audit firms


• Strong knowledge of controls and accounts


• Demonstrated ability to navigate in dynamic business environments where there is different stage of maturity level in the process


• Excellent knowledge of Accounting standards and Taxation both direct and indirect.


• Previous experience in effectively and efficiently managing controls and accounts


• High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment


• Ability to influence key stakeholders


• Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively


• Ability to analyse complex data, draw connections and bring out mitigation plans for deviation.
