- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industry will be a strong advantage.
