Job Overview

Weatherford, a leading organization in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional tender/proposal submissions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and ethical practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and submission of best-in-class tenders/proposals, coordinating input from technical, commercial, and country stakeholders.
• Manage the entire timeline for proposal creation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with country representatives to develop localized content plans and address tendering requirements.
• Commercially and administratively manage contracts from handover through execution and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with Weatherfords Security, Compliance, HSE policies, and industry best practices.
  
• Foster effective communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to increase tender/proposal win rates and profitability.

• Demonstrated experience in contract development, negotiations, and execution of amendments.
• Multilingual skills are preferred.

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations or a related field.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and negotiation abilities
• Experience in a tender/procurement environment (desired)
• Flexibility to support and interface with diverse teams and backgrounds
• Approachable, resourceful, driven, and highly motivated
• Excellent influencing and communication skills at all levels
