Position Profile

Weaver is looking for an Audit Senior Manager to join our growing Employee Benefit Plans Audit team in India. A Weaver Audit Senior Manager is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit while developing, training and mentoring Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers. An Audit Senior Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in firm administration activities.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
• ACCA, CA, or CPA with 8 + years of experience in public accounting
• Strong relationship management and engagement management skills
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
• Experience in the EBP industry
