About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Intern -Talent Acquisition (Sales Team) to support hiring for the Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination,, onboarding, and maintaining smooth communication with internal teams and candidates.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales profiles.
• 
  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references,
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding and documentation process for new joiners.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for hiring requirements and updates.
  

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
