We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Flexcube Delivery Manager to lead large-scale banking transformation programs.

Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore

Experience Required: 14+ years

Industry:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Flexcube implementations

Drive implementation, upgrade, and customisation projects

Own solution design, architecture, and technical delivery

Manage client stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes

Lead cross-functional delivery teams across geographies

Key Requirements:

Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube

Proven experience in implementing Flexcube version 14.3 or above

Strong expertise in customization, integration, and technical architecture

Deep understanding of Flexcube modules and banking processes

Demonstrated experience in leading large delivery programs

Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills
