Investor Relation & Strategic Finance Associate

About the Role:

WeCredit is looking for a driven finance professional to work closely with the leadership team on investor relations, capital raising, strategic finance, and business analysis. This role offers hands-on exposure to fundraising, financial strategy, and high-impact projects in a fast-growing fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and communication with existing and prospective equity and debt investors.
• Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, due diligence materials, and fundraising documentation.
• Support capital raising across equity, debt, securitisation, co-lending, and other financing structures.
• Build financial models, valuations, forecasts, and conduct industry and market research to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with investors, banks, NBFCs, legal advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and regulatory compliance.
• Support leadership on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and special projects.

Qualifications

• CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance).
• Candidates pursuing these qualifications with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

  Get Hired
  2–4 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Big 4, Consulting, Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, PE/VC, or Financial Advisory.
• Experience in NBFCs or fintech is preferred.
