About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist who can bridge strategy, execution, and automation. Someone who thrives on managing clients, streamlining operations, and building high-performing marketing and sales campaigns from scratch. This role requires a dynamic professional with hands-on experience in client servicing, marketing, sales, and campaign automation, who can ensure smooth cross-functional alignment and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and ensuring successful project delivery.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Marketing & Sales Operations:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute data-driven campaigns.

Monitor and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Campaign Creation & Management:
Design and manage end-to-end marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.).

Develop automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, or similar platforms.
Track performance, A/B test campaigns, and continuously optimize for ROI.
Business Process & Automation:
Identify gaps in existing operational workflows and implement automation for efficiency.

Manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined processes.
Collaborate with tech teams to integrate new tools and improve system efficiency.
Reporting & Strategy:
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and client performance reviews.

Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in business operations, client servicing, marketing, or sales roles.

Proven expertise in campaign creation, automation tools, and CRM management.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
