About this role:
Wells Fargos Specialized Industries - Healthcare team is seeking a Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manger.
In this role, you will:
· Develop, retain, grow highly complex client relationships, by understanding the needs and priorities of clients
· Advise Healthcare industry clients on financing alternatives and industry-specific solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders
· Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions
· Provide leadership to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives and act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
· Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems
· Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Healthcare Commercial Banking clients
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
· General understanding of Capital Markets, including the ability to identify opportunities for referrals to Investment Banking partners
· Experience working with partners to coordinate cross-sell opportunities across Wells Fargo’s suite of credit and non-credit products and services
·Ability to forge relationships with members of C-suite
Job Expectations:
· This job will involve an active prospecting effort, as well as input in developing Credit based solutions, identifying and prosecuting Treasury opportunities, and participating in credit approval process
· 10% travel (potentially overnight) should be expected
