Senior Data Quality Analyst AI / Data Annotation

We are looking for an experienced Expert Rater to support and guide Raters working on an AI-powered advertising project

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Raters to improve rating accuracy and consistency.
• Review annotations, ratings, and quality standards.
• Conduct Tier 2 reviews and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Analyze data and KPIs to support quality improvement
• Participate in client test rounds and understand project requirement
• Provide clear feedback and guidance to Raters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and project outcomes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in rating, data annotation, data labeling, or data evaluation.
• Experience in quality review or quality assurance is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Works space.
• Understanding of U.S. culture and societal norms is preferred.
• Analytical Mindset with cognitive understanding
