Job Purpose/ Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with Modern Trade and Large Format Retail partners such as Lifestyle, Home Centre, Landmark, and other key accounts. The role will focus on driving sales growth, inventory optimization, retail execution excellence, and profitable business expansion.

The Deputy Manager for General Trade will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing strategic relationships with key accounts in the domestic business sector. This position requires a dynamic individual who can drive sales growth and optimize inventory across various retail partners. The role involves ensuring retail execution excellence and expanding profitable business opportunities. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the companys objectives. This includes fostering strong partnerships with retailers to enhance brand visibility and market presence. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and ensuring seamless execution across all retail channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking abilities and a deep understanding of customer experience management. They will also be adept at managing retailer network productivity and account management to achieve business goals.

Responsibility

Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts to align with strategic objectivesbr Drive sales growth enhance market share and ensure account profitability through effective managementbr Manage promotions seasonal launches and instore activations to maximize retail impactbr Monitor sellin sellout stock availability and inventory health to optimize supply chain efficiencybr Ensure effective visual merchandising and brand visibility across all retail partnersbr Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvementbr Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for accurate forecasting and replenishment strategiesbr Manage receivables claims deductions and commercial agreements to maintain financial healthbr Lead and develop SIS sales teams to enhance productivity and achieve sales targetsbr Identify new account opportunities and expansion prospects to drive business growthbr Ensure seamless execution across stores through effective crossfunctional collaborationbr Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic business decisions
