Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will engage in lead generation activities, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will contribute to expanding Weskills presence in the market and achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• A solid understanding of Business operations and strategy
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is a plus
