Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern internship role is a remote position responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for Weskill. Day-to-day tasks may include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the execution of hiring processes. The intern will collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and help maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. This role provides exposure to modern recruitment practices and the opportunity to learn how talent acquisition supports organizational growth.

• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assist with candidate evaluation and offer processes.
